Disabled touring in South Africa
Safaris and tours for all travellers including families with children, individuals, groups and honeymooners. We specialize in wheelchair friendly and accessible tours, safaris and travel for the disabled, handicapped and mobility impaired including deaf (hearing impaired) and blind (visually impaired) guests.
Itineraries are designed to suit specific needs and interests. When planning your holiday allow enough time on arrival and during your holiday to rest. Also, take into consideration times you prefer in mornings to embark on safaris and activities. Some unsurfaced/gravel roads can be expected during safaris.
The accommodation has all been personally inspected and is the best the areas have to offer. Most South Africa accessible bathrooms have the fold-down shower chair. For those needing commodes we arrange these beforehand.
We hire medical equipment including commodes and electric wheelchairs when needed.
Transport is in the form of vehicles with ramps and lifts with tie-down seatbelts and air conditioning to ensure a safe, pleasant and relaxed tour.
